If you subscribe to our newsletter we collect your email address. When you browse the site we may collect technical information such as IP address, browser, device, referring URL, and pages viewed.

- Respond to inquiries and quote, plan, confirm, and deliver your safari.
- Coordinate with our lodges, camps, guides, and transport partners.
- Process payments and issue invoices.
- Send you trip updates, pre-travel information, and post-trip follow-ups.
- Improve the website, measure performance, and prevent abuse.
- Comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
3. Who we share information with
We only share your information with partners strictly necessary to deliver your trip — the lodges, camps, ground handlers, airlines, and payment processors involved — and with service providers that host our systems, send our emails, or measure our website.
